The Villa Nada building itself has 4 floors where apartments and rooms are located.
In the basement there are two air-conditioned, excellently equipped apartments with all the necessary appliances, a safe and free internet.
Apartment: A5 (2+3), basement
Apartment A5 (2+3) has 1 large living room with a bedroom in which there is a double bed +3 normal
bearings. The apartment has a large kitchen with a dishwasher, a large bathroom with a washing machine and a large terrace
to the garden with a barbecue where there is seating. The total area is 150 m2. The apartment is ideal for
families with small children.
Apartment: A6 (2+1) - studio, basement
The A6 apartment has 1 large room, in one part of which there is a well-equipped kitchen with
a dishwasher and in the second part there is a sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa that can also be used for
sleeping. Bathroom with shower and terrace in the garden. Total area 35 m2.

On the ground floor there is a small apartment A4 (2), ideal for two elderly people. The apartment has a bedroom,
kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, 2 terraces and your own parking space in front of the terrace. It's an air conditioned apartment.

small landscaped park with a fountain.
